The LOUD Private Growth Fund provides our investors with exposure to the Private Credit lending alternatives, through Revenue-Based Financing. This evergreen / open-ended fund, launched in 2018, is our passive income offering that allows investors to commit capital for shorter terms ranging from 1, 2, and 3 years with returns paid out quarterly. Since the inception of the fund we have never missed a payment to an investor.

Our strategy is to provide short-term financing to stable, cash-flowing small to medium-sized businesses across the U.S. and across various industries.

Our Growth Income Fund, launched in 2025, is the alternative version of our Private Growth Fund targeted toward ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.
