With over two decades of executive experience in operational and international business development, Nishad brings a wealth of knowledge to the alternative investment landscape. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded large global commercial growth teams at publicly traded companies, ranging in size from $3 to $23 billion. Nishad has a proven track record of successfully launching and mentoring businesses in e-commerce, real estate, and private business lending.
As a key figure at LOUD, Nishad channels his passion into creating distinctive funds that afford investors flexibility in capital with a focus on time horizon and risk management. In his role, he oversees the specialty finance, private credit, and life settlement arm, which is dedicated to funding small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries.
In addition to his financial acumen, Nishad is an accomplished Tabla player (Indian percussion), reflecting his dedication to cultivating creativity beyond the boardroom. A graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Nishad further honed his skills with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

At LOUD Capital, Darshan provides the vision, tactical organization, and execution behind LOUD’s growth trajectory by identifying key initiatives, projects, and deals that help stimulate LOUD’s growth and expansion. His chief skill sets lie in identifying the core problem and aggregating the proper resources to solve it. Prior to co-founding LOUD Capital, Darshan operated a Healthcare Technology firm providing back office and infrastructure support to small and medium-sized hospitals, which successfully exited via acquisition. Darshan took his experience as an entrepreneur and applied it to the ecosystem by investing in and mentoring talented entrepreneurs who needed guidance and strategy. This passion ultimately evolved into the formation of LOUD Capital.

At LOUD Capital, Ryan leverages his twenty years of experience of financing, advising, angel and venture investing, and building early-to-growth stage businesses as a Managing Partner and Lead Strategist. He has been a CFO, COO, and Managing Partner at multiple VC firms and early-stage companies. He has built due diligence, investor relations, portfolio relations, corporate finance, and operations platforms for multiple venture capital firms while advising and consulting dozens of early-stage companies, non-profit, and social enterprises on operations and growth strategies. Most recently, Ryan has leveraged decades of passion and experience as a strategist and certifications as a Futurist, in Design Thinking, and Workshop Facilitation around strategy to build and co-lead LOUD Capital’s growth and strategy consultancy, LoudX. There, he acts as a lead workshop designer and facilitator for clients of high-growth ventures helping them solve problems, make decisions, and take action.

At LOUD Capital, Brian leverages his experience as an exited entrepreneur and angel investor to help make LOUD a truly futurist VC through a technology-focused and data-driven approach. Brian has been successful in building and scaling companies from concept to exit and offers support to LOUD’s portfolio companies around growth, marketing, and business development, in addition to innovating new ways for LOUD to source qualified dealflow, attract LPs, and gain market visibility. Brian is a recognized author, speaker, and former professional musician, and he brings a unique perspective to LOUD, which further diversifies our leadership to create an impact in VC.

At LOUD Capital, Jenny leverages her experience in early-stage life science and health-tech innovation as a strategist, angel investor, and advisory board member, as well as operational expertise as a physician and life scientist. She has experience developing and implementing both consumer-facing and enterprise-facing digital health tools, as well as serving in management and executive roles at community health clinics and life science accelerators. Having further studied Management of Technology and Innovation, Health System Strategy and Operations, and VC finance, she brings a rigorous approach to investing in and driving operational excellence for portfolio companies.

At LOUD Capital, Blake leverages his consulting and business development experience, working in organizations ranging from seed-stage startups to the Fortune 250, where he focused on Human Capital Management (HCM), Operations and Growth strategies for startups, small businesses and middle-market companies. Blake’s expertise in these areas, combined with his “people-centric” approach, brings a unique perspective to LOUD, where he has done everything from raising/deploying capital, consulting portfolio companies and conducting diligence, to managing investor relations and running both firm and fund operations. Most recently, Blake became a Managing Partner for LoudX, the strategic services arm of LOUD Capital, while still raising and deploying capital and managing operations for the firm and various funds.

Marshall utilizes his diverse, educational and professional background as a surgeon, where he has spent over two decades caring for other people, trying to help, improve, and fix their problems, and learning how to think and improvise towards solutions as a springboard to a successful career in business, investing, and venture capital with LOUD Capital. He is an experienced fundraiser, Entrepreneur, and Team Builder who prides himself on being relatable to a wide variety of individuals, whether they are inexperienced or veteran investors, founders, or physicians at various stages of their careers. At LOUD Capital, Marshall is a general partner with years of experience, helping to manage alternative investments and fundraising.

Tarul is a dynamic executive leader, board member, advisor, strategist, and angel investor with over twenty years of trailblazing accomplishments in consulting, partnerships, and enterprise growth within the healthcare ecosystem. In her role at Loud VC, she builds community and connections around purpose-driven alternative investing, rooted in multidisciplinary collaboration and action. She is passionate about affecting meaningful change at the intersection of healthcare equity, technology, and values-driven leadership. Tarul holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy, completed Harvard Medical School’s Executive Global Health Care Leaders Program, and the VC University program through Berkeley Law/NVCA/Venture Forward. As co-founder of Ellipsis Healthcare Leadership, she propels early-stage companies forward to scale and transform human-centered care while also serving as a board member and advisor for several pioneering healthcare and healthcare-tech organizations.
Connie Collingsworth is an experienced board member with expertise in governance, risk management, executive compensation and complex investments for publicly traded companies, private companies, and private equity funds. Her board experience includes leadership positions as Board Chair, Compensation Committee Chair, and Nominating and Governance Committee Chair, as well as serving as a member of Audit, Risk, and Investment Committees on both public and private company boards as well as a number of nonprofit corporations.
Connie’s current board roles include Banner Corporation, a publicly traded bank holding company with $16.8B in assets, operating 130 branches throughout U.S. West Coast, where she Chairs the Governance & Nominating Committee, and Axxes Capital, a private market platform supporting accredited investors to democratize private equity through expanding access to a range of private equity assets. She also serves as a Board Advisor to Planet First Partners, a $500M European private equity fund based in London focused on investments aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and Europe’s Green Deal, and as a Strategic Advisor to LoudCapital, a venture fund focused on fueling innovations that drive equitable access to high-quality, people-centered healthcare, including MedTech, Alternative Care Models, Healthcare Infrastructure and IT.
Connie is the former COO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the largest foundation in the world with approximately $60B in assets, distributing over $8.3B annually. During her 22-year tenure she was responsible for managing and scaling the foundation’s business operations throughout the world, including in India, China, Africa, and Europe. She also held the title of Chief Legal Officer, which involved advising trustees, Bill Gates, Melinda French Gates, and Warren Buffett, on governance, including creating the foundation’s new Governing Board. She was the architect of the foundation’s philosophy known as “Global Access,” and led the foundation’s work in collaborating with for-profit companies, including big pharma and the biotech and ed-tech sectors.
Connie currently is a board member and audit committee member of the National Philanthropic Trust, the largest nonprofit administrator of donor advised funds, with $30B of assets under management. She serves an Executive Sponsor of the Bank of America Enterprise Executive Development Program for high potential leaders, and is an adjunct professor at the University of Washington School of Foster School of Business teaching the class “CEO and Board Leadership; an Insiders’ View of Corporate Governance.”
Connie holds an LL.M. in International Business Studies from the University of Exeter, England, a J.D. from the University of Nebraska, and a B.A. from Andrews University.
Etoy Ridgnal is a respected Social Impact Strategist, Advisor, and Investor with a 30-year history of developing, advising on, and leading large-scale social impact initiatives for some of the nation’s largest companies, organizations, influencers, and leaders.
Through her social impact firm, Community Advocacy Partners (CAP), she has developed and led cause marketing campaigns for mission-driven film/tv projects like “CONCUSSION” starring Will Smith (Sony Pictures), Oprah Winfrey’s “BELIEF” Series (OWN), Ava DuVernay’s “SELMA” (Paramount) and “Half the Picture” featuring Ava DuVernay.
Throughout the course of her 30-year career, Etoy has also led civic engagement and advocacy campaigns for a diverse range of global organizations. She has advised and led social impact initiatives for key public figures such as Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, the Obama White House, and Mike Bloomberg.
She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for JUST Capital, Amalgamated Bank Foundation, and LOUD Capital. She has helped raise over $600 million for charitable causes and secured press coverage for clients across the globe in outlets such as The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, The Guardian, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, Hypebeast, Business Insider and HuffPost to name a few.

Sailesh has over 30 years of experience during which he has created multiple billions of dollars in value and has had a global impact in health care, consumer and enterprise software/hardware, telecommunications, and media in the Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. He has done this by making strategic investments, building successful businesses, executing turnarounds, and creating new products, platforms, and services.
Most recently Sailesh was the CTO of Logitech reporting to the CEO. He helped the company grow from $3B to over $5B in revenue, through digital transformation; development of new businesses, products, and capabilities; M&A; and investments in promising startups. Prior to that he had executive roles at Amazon and Microsoft and was the CEO of a pioneering digital health company Mobisante.
At Amazon, as an EIR, Sailesh developed opportunities in consumer robotics and sustainability. As the CEO of Mobisante, he led the company through initial product creation, FDA clearance,financing, GTM, revenues, and sale to private equity. He managed a $220M+ P&L at Microsoft after turning it around, and a $100M investment portfolio focused on early-stage technologies.Sailesh was in the initial team of Transarc (acquired by IBM) that became a multi-billion-dollarbusiness.
He currently serves on the boards and advisory of companies and not-for-profit organizations focused on increasing affordability and accessibility of healthcare, aging, decarbonizing, and sustainability.
Dr Amit Rana brings 25 years of blended global experience in clinical, innovation, technology, and healthcare business management. He had the privilege to work in each segment of the healthcare ecosystem: as a Trauma critical care surgeon with fellowships in Neuro-Trauma and Vascular surgery, as a serial entrepreneur on both sides of healthcare (digital and hospital centres), board advisor in multiple health tech groups, as an operator of level 1 trauma centres, as an innovator start-up mentor in innovation hubs, and also as an expert volunteer to upgrade emergency systems in various inaccessible remote regions of the world.
He has on-ground global experience from both public and corporate health systems in four continents: North America, Australia, Europe, and Asia. He helped to steer a $150 Million hospital chain venture with successful partnerships with multi-billion value healthcare groups, technology giants and government stakeholders.
As a trauma team leader, he led teams of doctors, nurses, and paramedics to provide timely care to most critically injured patients. He has published research and chaired sessions at world trauma congresses. He has set up and fully operationalized level 1 trauma referral centres from bare-shell building stage, including for a fifty one hospitals health system chain. He has led a cross functional teams to transform a thirty-year-old tertiary care hospital unit with digital transformation, operational efficiency and culture change.
He founded a multi-sided cancer care digital platform and a social impact platform in preventive health for the under-privileged youth. He is on boards of innovative ventures: maternal-tech venture (NYC), data security technology group (Europe), life sciences ventures (Boston) and others.
He is an alum of Columbia BusinessSchool and prestigious Senior Executive fellows of Harvard Kennedy School ofGovernment as well a gold medallist in MD Medicine (Delhi). He is an invited thought leader, speaker, expert panelist, mentor faculty at health innovation conferences including at healthcare hackathons at MIT.
He is volunteering in a committee of Harvard alumni for Climate Change and as a mentor to senior executive fellows of John F. Kennedy school. His recent talks on ‘digital health leadership’ (Columbia University), Future of Healthcare (Harvard) and Role of extended reality in surgery, NYC, were well received. He supports tech-based care and has trained in Artificial intelligence and Robotics surgery.
